We grind carefully selected domestic buckwheat flour in a stone mill that stands tall in front of the shop, and serve our noodles freshly made and freshly boiled.
The firm, chewy, and fragrant thin-cut soba noodles pair perfectly with the flavorful broth.
In the evenings, enjoy tempura and other dishes made with seasonal ingredients, along with shochu or sake. For lunch, we also offer sets including small rice bowls and soba noodles.
