BENITORA GYOUZA BOU pursues a local flavor that sets it apart from the gentle Chinese cuisine that has evolved uniquely in Japan. While cherishing authentic flavors, the restaurant also puts effort into creating original dishes. Their iron wok gyoza and black sesame dandan noodles have been popular dishes since the restaurant first opened.
In addition to the food, BENITORA GYOUZA BOU 's appeal lies in its storefront. To recreate the energetic atmosphere of a backstreet restaurant in Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Beijing, the interior has been decorated and aged by the restaurant's in-house art staff, and antique furniture sourced from mainland China has been used. This immersive storefront brings entertainment to the dining space, establishing a new style of restaurant. Now in its 30th year since its founding, Benitora has reached maturity and continues to move forward with a strong passion for food and a continental strength.
