Chef Mak Kwai Pui, who was a dim sum chef at Lung King Heen, a Cantonese restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong that has been awarded three Michelin stars for four consecutive years, opened his own restaurant in 2009 with his partner, Chef Leung Fai Keung, with the desire to "serve authentic flavors in a more casual, everyday setting."
It gained a reputation as a restaurant where you can enjoy first-class hotel cuisine at everyday prices, and was awarded a Michelin star in 2010. It has now become a world-famous restaurant that is also crowded with foreign tourists visiting Hong Kong.
Each dim sum is carefully handcrafted in the kitchen of each store using original recipes, and includes steamed dishes, fried dishes, rice flour spring rolls, porridge, rice dumplings, vegetables, and desserts.Enjoy first-class flavors in a casual, everyday setting.
