<How to use parking Services and payment method>

The total amount of your purchases and meals on the day will be added up, and you will receive Services according to the total amount. When paying at each Shops, please present your parking ticket, Mitsui Shopping Park app, Mitsui Shopping Park Card (Saison), or Mitsui Shopping Park Card.
Free parking Services is not available at some stores.
The Exit fare adjustment machine cannot read the app QR code, so please use the pre-payment machine.
*Mitsui Shopping Park point cards can be read.
*Please note that parking Services may change during sales and peak periods.

[Special parking rates]

Some event dates at LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY may be designated as "specific days."
On certain days, a special parking fee will be charged in addition to the regular Parking fees, so please complete the necessary cancellation procedures yourself.

[Who is eligible for the special parking rate and how to cancel it]

If you enter LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY before the event starts and exit the parking lot after two hours, you will be subject to a special fee of 6,000 yen in addition to the regular fee, regardless of the amount of your purchase.
The special rates can be cancelled, so please cancel them yourself.
