This Japanese restaurant takes pride in the rice it cooks in a large 150kg stove installed inside the restaurant.
We use a blend of Koshihikari and Koshiibuki rice from Nagaoka, Niigata, and purchase freshly milled rice every morning.
When the signal bell rings inside the store, the fluffy, slightly browned rice is ready.
There are three types of rice: white rice, mixed grain rice, and seasonal rice.
You can have as many refills as you like, changing the type as you like.
Torafuku offers a nostalgic, home-cooked taste, including side dishes and simmered dishes made with seasonal ingredients, fresh grilled fish, and fried foods.
