Our unique soba noodles, made with funori seaweed as a binder, are served in a square bowl called "hegi." The restaurant's interior is based on the construction of a traditional townhouse, with the distinctive elements of snow country white (plaster and washi paper) and the square shape of hegi (rectangular latticework).
