Starting with the golden Montblanc roll, there are cakes filled with fresh cream and handmade baked goods, and it is a place that transcends generations and is perfect for celebrations and moments of togetherness.
This is a Western-style confectionery shop that is full of warmth.

A distinctive feature of Nagasaki Castella is that ZARA sugar at the bottom of the cake is worn away during the stirring process, but remains inside.
We believe that the taste can only be achieved by hand-made products, which are baked with great care using traditional methods.

We will be selling a wide variety of local products packed with the charm of Kyoto, including fresh Yatsuhashi, diced Yatsuhashi, dried baby sardines with sansho pepper, and kintsuba.
