This is a Western confectionery shop produced by Castella House Ichibankan Co., Ltd.
Castella craftsmen create a variety of sweets, paying particular attention to the dough.

Each piece is baked by a skilled castella craftsman using their expert techniques to create a moist and fluffy castella cake, which is then sandwiched with five types of cream specially made by our pastry chef.
It's made with castella dough instead of sponge cake, so it has a rich flavor and is delicious!
