TOKEI CLUB LaLaport NUMAZU store offers watch battery replacement and repair services in-store.
If you have any watches that you haven't used in a while, or watches that you've missed the opportunity to exchange, please bring them in!

[In-store battery replacement]
Available in as little as 20 minutes, no waterproofing test required, same-day delivery possible.
*Waiting times may vary depending on how busy the restaurant is.
*We accept both domestic and imported brands, however, depending on the model and condition of the watch,
We also have watches that we need to keep for you.
*For those who wish to have a highly water-resistant watch (10 ATM or higher) tested for water resistance, we requireyou to leave your watch with us.
(Approximately 10 days to 2 weeks.)
*Prices vary depending on the brand and watch manufacturer.

We also offer gasket replacement services, which protect against sweat, moisture, and dust, along with battery replacement!
These are consumables and will deteriorate over time in 2-3 years...!
To ensure your watch lasts a long time, we recommend replacing the parts.
*We do not offer replacement services for plastic or specialized gaskets.

[Repair Information]
We also offer watch repair services in-store.
- Interior repair (disassembly and cleaning) - Hand installation - Band connection - Glass replacement
- Crown replacement - Rechargeable battery replacement (solar models) *CASIO watches only
*All services are provided on a drop-off basis.
*The repair time will vary depending on the nature of the repair (minimum 2 weeks to maximum 2 months).
*Please note that we may not be able to repair certain watch brands or manufacturers.
*For watches that cannot be serviced by the manufacturer, repairs will be carried out at our affiliated repair workshop.
*Please note that we may unfortunately have to return older watches or special models.
*Additional charges will apply if parts replacement is required.

We also offer band replacement (including Apple Watch-specific bands) and size adjustment services.
Please bring your precious watches in for an inspection.
