Requests for customers with pets
- Please refrain from bringing pets, other than guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistance dogs, to any areas other than those marked on the facility route map (areas marked with paw prints).
- Pet owners are responsible for dealing with any trouble that occurs within the facility, including in elevators and escalators.
- If you are coming by car, please use the East surface parking lot or the store building rooftop parking lot.
- Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement.
- Owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.
- The facility takes no responsibility for any disputes between pets.
- Please ask the staff at each Shops if you would like to bring pets into the Shops.
- Please refrain from leaving pets unattended, such as by tying them to a lead.
- If you are bringing a pet, please place small dogs in a carrier bag.
- Large dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Please note that the facility will not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by pets.
- We ask for your cooperation in not causing inconvenience to other customers.
