Founded in 1960 as a wholesale supplier of school lunches, we now operate stores mainly in Kanagawa Prefecture and actively participate in event sales. We sell simple, nostalgic breads. Our signature product, Tanzawa Anpan, was created to resemble the shape of the Tanzawa Mountains, as our head office and factory are located in the Tanzawa mountain range. It is a proud product made with flavorful brioche dough and filled with plenty of sweet red bean paste.
