Vee's Factory Smoked Food Shop Limited-Time Sale

Founded in 2024. Received the Buyers Room Special Jury Prize in 2025 for its smoked beef jerky, "Veef jerky." Smoked food producer Vee's Factory is a small 5-tsubo (approx. 16.5 sq m) factory surrounded by forests in Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, where we create "small specials" for our customers every day.
All of our products undergo a minimum of two hours of smoking. From cutting the cherry wood chips for the smoke to the final product reaching our customers, everything is done by hand. Our challenge is to create a "new kind of smoked food that engages all five senses": "Beautiful to look at, interesting to hear, delicious to eat, fragrant to smell, and something to notice to touch."
We want to continue creating small clusters of happiness by condensing all those special moments into one. We work hard every day to become that kind of special smokehouse.
