With over 100 varieties of potato chips available, including not only salt but also seaweed, curry, scallop butter, white shrimp, soy sauce, and garlic, it's fun just to choose from and fun just to look at them.

■Meat Juice Udon Flavored Potato Chips [Kikusui-do]
These potato chips are a collaboration between "Iwasaki Foods Industry," a noodle maker in Hasuda dedicated to making noodles, and "Kikusui-do," based on the theme of "meat broth udon," a local specialty of the prefecture. These potato chips have a novel udon flavor packed with the deliciousness of meat, bonito, and soy sauce.

We use 100% domestically grown fresh potatoes, blessed with the bounty of the earth. Seasoned with Okinawan salt and green laver. Enjoy the harmony of nature to the fullest.

■Hokkaido Potato Chips Hakodate Edition (Scallop Butter Flavor) [Fukagawa Oil & Fat Industry Co., Ltd.]
These potato chips are made with domestically grown potatoes, fried in vegetable oil, and flavored with scallop butter. The packaging features a night view of Hakodate.

■Hokkaido Potato Chips Sapporo Edition (Roasted Corn Flavor) [Fukagawa Oil & Fat Industry Co., Ltd.]
These potato chips are made with domestically grown potatoes, fried in vegetable oil, and finished with an enhanced corn flavor to create a roasted corn taste. The packaging features the Sapporo Clock Tower.
