Barn owl flight training is currently underway!!
The barn owl that flew right up to the customer's hand was "Kaku"!
The barn owl is an owl characterized by its white, heart-shaped, mask-like face and pale, fox-colored back! ♡
Owls have a special structure called serrations on the tips of their wings, which are covered with fine feathers, allowing them to fly silently and approach their prey. This mechanism eliminates air turbulence and friction noise, enabling silent flight as shown in the video!
Such a high-ranking individual undergoes regular flight training!
They might fly around energetically in front of you, or if you're lucky, they might even land on your arm like in the video...?
All of our animal staff are looking forward to your visit!
