[Notice to customers who purchased the second edition of Dick Bruna x studio CLIP]
We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the recent earthquake centered in Kumamoto Prefecture.
I sincerely pray for the swift recovery of the affected areas.
We would like to inform customers who purchase the second series of Dick Bruna x studio CLIP products, which will be released on August 8th (Saturday), of the following:

The second collaboration between the hugely popular Dutch children's book author and graphic designer Dick Bruna and studio CLIP will be available in stores starting August 8th (Saturday)!

[Regarding entry tickets]
Due to the expected heavy crowds at all participating stores on the first day of product release, we will be implementing entry restrictions to ensure customer safety.
On Saturday, August 8th, from 9:30 AM to 9:50 AM, numbered tickets will be distributed at the entrance/exit of the Pinwheel Court on the 1st floor LaLaport KOSHIEN (outside passageway niko and...).

[Item Sales Rules]
To allow more customers to purchase, until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday), in-store purchases are limited to 2 items of the same product (same color, same size) per transaction.
We limit purchases of DI Book Remagnets to a maximum of 6 items.
Please refrain from purchasing multiple items by lining up again.
Orders and reservations are not available until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday).
Please use the "Contact Form" within and ST to Contact.
At and ST stores, the collaboration items are only available at the TOKYO (Harajuku) store, Emiterasu Tokorozawa store, and LaLaport ANJO store.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.

[Novelty item distribution]
Starting August 1st (Saturday), when the collaboration items go on sale, you will receive a free chestnut fan with any purchase of Dick Bruna collaboration items totaling 7,000 yen or more (tax included).
Due to limited quantities, only one novelty item will be given per transaction.
Please understand that we are unable to split the bill.
Due to limited quantities, items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available only while supplies last.
