What are Hours of operation of LaLaport KOSHIEN?
  • Retail stores/ Services stores / 10:00-21:00 *Some stores may have different hours.
  • Restaurants / 11:00-23:00 *Last orders at 22:15
  • Food court / 11:00-22:00 *Last orders 21:30
  • Ito Yokado / 10:00-21:00

Do you have stroller rentals?

Coin-operated strollers (returnable 100 yen coins) are available in various places within the building.

  • *Reservations cannot be made as the venue is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • *Only for children aged 4 to 48 months.

Are there nursing rooms?

There are three locations in the building.

  • 1F Pinwheel Court (next to the ladies' restroom)
  • 2F Pinwheel Court (next to the ladies' restroom), Mountain BREEZE (inside the baby corner "Lala Kids Park")
Can I bring pets?

Please refrain from bringing pets other than guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs.

Where can I inquire about lost property?

Any lost or forgotten items will be delivered to the Disaster Prevention Center.

  • The above free time includes the first 2 hours.
  • If your parking time exceeds the above Services time, Parking fees of 200 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes thereafter.

●Parking for the purpose of watching baseball games will not be permitted.
​Special Parking fees apply on days when professional baseball games are held at Koshien Stadium.

→What are the special Parking fees?
If your parking time exceeds three hours, a flat rate of 6,000 yen will be charged in addition to the basic fee, regardless of the amount of your purchase.
*Please check at the parking lot entrance on regular days and baseball game days.

  • Please be sure to bring your parking ticket with you to the building as it will be required to receive Parking fees Services.
  • To receive Parking fee discount, please present your parking ticket and, if you are a Mitsui Shopping Park Card member, your point card at the cash register of each store when making a purchase.
  • Whenever possible, please use the prepayment machine to pay Parking fees.
  • To pay with 10,000 yen, 5,000 yen, or 2,000 yen bills, please use the prepayment machine that accepts large bills at the G Parking Center. (Payments cannot be made at the payment machine Exit.)
