Even first-time visitors can rest assured!
While taking deep breaths, you will move your pelvis and shoulder blades to strengthen your core.
By performing basic Lattice movements, you can learn the correct way to use your body, which can lead to improved posture and help prevent or alleviate shoulder stiffness and lower back pain.
