Voluntary Recall of 2024 Tower Heaters

We have decided to voluntarily recall all "Tower Heaters" manufactured in 2024.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers who purchased the product.
However, the 2025 model of this product has been modified to eliminate the relevant wiring connection part, so the same problem will not occur and you can continue to use it.
We take this matter very seriously and will work to further strengthen our quality control system and prevent a recurrence.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please apply for collection via the "Contact" screen on the official website.
Once you have filled out the necessary information, we will send the collection kit to the address you specify.
The collection kit will be sent within two weeks to one month after your application.
After confirming the product has been collected, we will send you a QUO card equivalent to the product price.
Procedure for requesting collection
1. Go to the "Contact" screen on the official website via the URL.
2. Please read the notes and check "I agree to the above" at the bottom of the screen.
3. When Contact, select "Tower heater (manufactured in 2024) recall reception form."
4. Enter all the displayed information and press the "Submit" button.
