01 Tasting
First, you will taste the main course, "Tully's Holiday Roast." The instructor will demonstrate how to hand-brew the coffee, and explain the key points to brewing it deliciously.
Enjoy the aroma and taste of freshly brewed coffee.

02 Hand drip practice
Participants will also be invited to brew coffee together.
While enjoying your sweets, try comparing the taste of medium and full-bodied coffees with different roast levels and experience the difference.

03 Arranged Coffee
In the second half, we'll try our hand at creating our own coffee using the brewed coffee. We'll introduce recipes unique to the holiday season using syrups and ice cream that are used in the cafe. You'll have to join us to find out what it's all about!
