11/16 (Sat) STAUB Master Book Release Event [Cooking Talk Show by Kyoko Sarbo]

We held an event to celebrate the release of the Master Book of the French pot "STAUB"!
The versatile Staub pot can be used to cook any type of food, including steamed, braised, stewed, fried, and cooked rice, in a short time, easily, and deliciously. It is used by professional chefs in France and is extremely popular among people who love to cook!

We would like to share some scenes from the event, which was hosted by ZWILLING JA HENCKELS, a store located on the 1st floor of LaLaport SHONANHIRATSUKA Hiratsuka, and was a huge success.

The lecturer was chef "Sarbo Kyoko", author of the Master Book, who gave a practical cooking talk show!

Currently, Professor Salvo runs cooking classes in Japan and Taiwan and also teaches at ZWILLING Cooking Studio on the 1st floor of LaLaport SHONANHIRATSUKA.

We started cooking while Professor Salbo and his support staff gave us some instructions.
The recipe was from the Master Book, and I cooked white rice.

Even low-moisture foods like potatoes become soft and fluffy with steam.
The nutrients do not dissolve in water, and even with a small amount of seasoning, the flavor of the ingredients is brought out to the fullest!

Everyone at the venue was able to get a close look at the finished dishes.
The delicious look and smell will have you swallowing your saliva!

After cooking, there was a question time.
Professor Salbo kindly and carefully answers the participants' various concerns and questions.
It was a time that really boosted my motivation to cook!

In addition to pots and kitchen tools, new STAUB products were also introduced at the venue.
