Domestically produced buckwheat flour is ground in a stone mill in the store, and the noodles are freshly made and boiled for you to enjoy. The firm, chewy, and aromatic thin-sliced noodles go perfectly with the flavorful dashi broth.
We have partnered with Miyatake Sanukiseimenjyo in the Sanuki region of Kagawa Prefecture, and offer udon noodles made with dough forged in the original location.
In the evening, you can enjoy a la carte dishes that reflect the season, sip on fine shochu or sake, and finish off with soba noodles... For lunch, we offer a great value set with a rice bowl.
