This is an addictive dish with a secret soy sauce-based soup and a unique ratio of minced meat, garlic, eggs, and chives, with a savory and spicy flavor.
In addition to the original spicy noodles, you can choose from miso spicy noodles, tomato spicy noodles, white spicy noodles, and curry spicy noodles to suit your taste.
Side dishes include authentic chicken nanban, Masumoto's special fried chicken, children's lunches, gyoza dumplings, and a variety of rice bowls.
Additionally, our popular side dish, pork belly, is ordered by almost half of our local customers who visit our Miyazaki store.
