In honor of "Ago Day" (Flying Fish Day) on October 15th, we will be holding a "Dashi (Japanese soup stock) Certification Exam."
Become a "Dashi Expert" by answering questions about ingredients you normally eat and dashi, the basic ingredient in Japanese cuisine!
The test concludes with a question-and-answer session where you drink broth and answer a question based on that.
Try tasting the different types of broth and guess what they are.
Those who pass the exam might receive a gift!

Recommended age: Children from 3 years old to 6th grade of elementary school
