Tomato and Japanese pepper, nana’s green tea original soup stock and miso as secret ingredients, and cheese are added to create a rich flavor.
Finished with nana’s green tea 's original rich bolognese sauce.
The soft texture of the autumn eggplant and the tomato meat miso go well together with the udon noodles, making this a dish you won't tire of until the very end.
You can also enjoy a smoother and milder flavor by adding a soft, soft-boiled egg.
We also recommend adding Nagabunya's shichimi chili pepper to your taste for a spicy accent.
