The main material is an original CORDURA Ballistic® fabric, using 1000D 66 nylon yarn for the warp and 840D 66 nylon yarn for the weft.
The warp threads are made of 500D bright yarn that has been treated with ATY (a machine process that incorporates air into the yarn itself) to give it a spun-like appearance, then twisted together in pairs. The weft threads are made of 420D bright yarn that has been twisted together in pairs and woven in an oxford weave, resulting in an extremely durable fabric.
Furthermore, using threads of different specifications for the warp and weft creates a deep, rich fabric with a subtle sheen.
The accompanying leather is made from high-quality steerhide sourced from North America, tanned with vegetable tannins to eliminate the use of chemicals and harmful substances that contribute to environmental pollution, resulting in a natural leather that is gentle on both the environment and the human body.
Thanks to the factory's unique dyeing and fatliquoring processing technology, the fabric retains a soft feel while also possessing elasticity, firmness, and transparency.
The finishing touch involves hand-applied oil glazing by skilled craftsmen. The leather is then repeatedly buffed with felt while checking the finish, resulting in a superior tactile feel.
