We have carefully selected Ditsch pretzels, made using traditional methods, that are less salty and better suited to Japanese tastes.
When heated, it becomes chewy and perfect for meals or snacks.

THE BAGEL STAND is a bagel specialty shop that directly imports bagels made using traditional methods from New York, the home of bagels.
By allowing the dough to ferment for a long time and baking it in a wood-fired oven, we have achieved a unique chewy texture.
