② Participants must be elementary school age or older.
*The applicant and participant do not need to be the same person. *Each person may apply only once during the application period. *Elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian. Please apply as a pair of two people, including the guardian. Applications from pairs of elementary school students alone are not accepted. *Infants and preschool children are not allowed to enter. *We cannot assign seats or provide advance information. *Tickets will be distributed at the meeting place on the day of the event.
