■ The history and background of "The Legendary Egg Shop"
This project was launched in 2020, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The state of emergency caused a sharp decline in demand from restaurants and hotels, leaving the highest quality eggs with nowhere to go and putting them at risk of being wasted.
This initiative began with the desire to support poultry farms, stemming from the belief that "not a single life that producers have carefully raised should be wasted."

■Our Role in an Era of Rising Prices
Now, several years after the project began, Japan's poultry industry is facing new and more serious challenges, such as soaring feed prices and rising overhead costs.
Eggs were once considered a "model of price stability," but producing high-quality eggs in the current production environment now incurs considerable costs.
We sell them at a price of 1,000 yen (tax included) per pack (6 pieces).
This price is not simply set as a luxury item; it is also an investment in the future, aimed at maintaining a sustainable production system and returning fair profits to poultry farmers across the country.
Providing our customers with the joy of choosing and the experience of truly delicious food is what supports Japan's primary industries.

■Regarding the development at LaLaport EXPOCITY
As we open a store at "LaLaport EXPOCITY," a key location in the Hokusetu area, we aim to offer local residents "new culinary discoveries."
The venue will feature a different selection of delicious eggs each day, sourced from Hokkaido to Okinawa, depending on the season.
Try comparing the diverse characteristics of eggs from all over Japan, such as those with white yolks, those with a yuzu citrus aroma, and those boasting a rich, deep flavor.
