The 2025 Billabong Tahara Pro, Japan's highest level WSL QS6000, will be held in Tahara, Aichi Prefecture!
The 2025 BILLABONG TAHARA PRO, Japan's highest-grade qualifying series (QS6000), will be held over six days from Tuesday, September 16th to Sunday, September 21st, 2025, at Oishi Beach in Akabane-cho, Tahara City, Aichi Prefecture, and is officially recognized by the World Surf League (WSL), which operates the global professional surfing tour.
This is a must-see tournament, with many top surfers expected to participate in the hopes of gaining points, and it will be an important tournament for the future of Japanese surfing.
Australian artist KENTARO YOSHIDA created the main visual for the tournament, and limited-edition official merchandise in collaboration with BILLABONG will also be on sale!
