Hakata Silken Tonkotsu
It is light yet rich and full of flavor. While following the traditional recipe of Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, the unique "Jukukasane Method" has been used to create a layered depth of flavor. The soup is simmered for 18 hours in a custom-made soup pot, and then left to mature at low temperature for a full day. This is the base tonkotsu soup of IPPUDO, with a silky smooth and mellow flavor.
