Our Commitment
The "Hama" in hamazushi refers to the fishing port, Hama.
We are committed to the "taste you can only get when you eat it in Hama," and we maintain thorough quality control from how the ingredients are prepared and stored to how they are cut in-store. We use 100% domestically produced rice for our sushi rice. The rice is cooked until fluffy with Hokkaido kelp, and we blend it with three types of vinegar, including rice vinegar that pairs well with the sushi rice and sake lees vinegar made from aged sake lees. We also provide several types of soy sauce at your table so that you can enjoy them to your liking, depending on the type of sushi you choose.
