How to enter the store on January 1, 2026 (New Year's Day)

Priority will be given to those who enter from the waiting areas in each area listed below.
If you want to line up at the 2nd and 6th floor stores, please line up in front of each store, and if you line up at other floors before opening, please do so in the waiting area on the 2nd floor.
Please note that each elevator, the down escalator on the 6th floor, and the upper and lower escalators on the west 3rd floor will open late.
≪ details≫
・Customers coming to the 2F store (POP Grill Domi kosugi & MART, Starbucks Coffee, etc.) or the store facing the grand staircase (THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO ANNE X, Re.Ra.Ku, TULLY’S COFFEE)
Please wait in front of each store for the start of business. Depending on the congestion situation on the day, we may be able to handle numbered tickets.
・3F~5F Customers visiting the store on the east side of the facility
Please cooperate with the queue entry at the East Atrium on the 2nd floor.
・3F~5F Customers visiting the store on the west side of the facility
Please cooperate with the following queue entrance.
Until around 9:30, you will be asked to line up at the entrance of the 2nd floor food court (in front of creperie kenny's), and after that, you will line up inside the 2nd floor food court (near the west escalator).
・Customers who come to the 6F store (*10 a.m. ~ only open at Detective Conan Land)
Please wait in front of the store for the start of business.
Depending on the congestion situation on the day, we may line up and distribute numbered tickets.
・Customers visiting THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO on the 7th floor
Please wait in front of the store for the start of business.
Depending on the congestion situation on the day, we may line up and distribute numbered tickets.
*There are no plans for lucky bags or special sales at THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO.
*Please stop waiting from midnight.
