This famous pork cutlet restaurant uses "Minami no Shima Pork" produced at Nagata Pig Farm in Miyazaki Prefecture, which is a rare breed that can only be found in a few restaurants today, and is slowly fried using the owner's special cooking method. The original store in Kagurazaka has been so popular that there has always been a constant RA行it opened, and COREDO Muromachi Terrace will be its first store in a commercial facility.
