"Shunka no Pâte de Fruits," a seasonal delicacy, is a luxurious creation by Mika Yamazaki, the chef of the renowned Kagurazaka restaurant "Yamazaki," using only the finest seasonal fruits (domestically produced).

Mika Yamazaki, who trained for eight years at an Edo-style restaurant in Otsuka, opened "Yamasaki," a hot pot specialty restaurant in Kagurazaka, in 2002. This renowned restaurant is committed to using locally sourced ingredients from the Tokyo area, and offers seasonal hot pots, including the representative Edo-style dish "Negima Nabe." It was awarded one Michelin star in the 2007 "Michelin Guide Tokyo."
