A simple oil pasta made with wood-grilled octopus and seasonal rape blossoms.
The umami of the octopus and the subtle bitterness of the rape blossoms go perfectly together.
It is topped with shichimi pepper to give it a slightly spicy flavor.

"Crab and spinach soy milk cream pasta with white sauce espuma"
Soy milk cream pasta inspired by crab cream gratin.
We use curly spinach, which is characterized by its sweetness and texture.
White sauce lightly finished with espuma.

"Beef cheek stewed in red wine with cheese risotto - black pepper flavor"
A simple dish that combines domestic beef cheek meat stewed tenderly in red wine with cheese risotto.
Finish with pepper to bring out the flavor.

The dessert in the lunch dessert set will also be changed to "honey lemon mousse."
