Mitsui Shopping Park Kids Club (hereinafter referred to as "Kids Club") is operated for the purpose of providing various benefits, Services, information, etc. to children who use the commercial facilities operated by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") to have more fun.

Article 1 Qualifications

1. Limited to children who are Mitsui Shopping Park point members or point affiliate card (hereinafter referred to as "affiliated card") members issued by point business partners (hereinafter referred to as "point affiliates") (collectively referred to as "Kids Club member guardians").
2. Mitsui Shopping Park Kids Club Members (hereinafter referred to as "Kids Club Members") are individuals (excluding Kids high school students) from prenatal age to age 12 or under, whose parents Kids guardians have agreed to these terms and conditions, applied for membership, and whose membership has been approved by our company.

Article 2 Membership, Issuance and Fees

1. The parent of the child who wishes to join Kids Kids Club can register on the member's page. At that time, the parent will be asked to register the date of birth and gender of the child who will be joining Kids Club.
2. We will issue one Kids Club Members Card and Stamp Card (hereinafter referred to as "Stamp Card") to each Kids Club member. If the applicable point number of Kids Club member's guardian is reissued, the stamps accumulated up to that point will be lost.

Article 3: Contents and provision method of member benefits

1. When you participate in an event for Kids Club members (hereinafter referred to as "Kids Club Event"), you will receive one stamp. You can exchange the stamps for prizes according to the number of stamps you have.
2. Present Kids Club special coupon from the Mitsui Shopping Park app or the facility website at participating stores to receive special benefits and Services. Please note that participating stores and special benefits may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.
3. If you do not have a stamp card, you will not be able to use the following membership benefits.
(1) Participating in Kids Club events
(2) Stamps will be given out (stamps cannot be given out at a later date)
(3) Benefits offered at participating stores

Article 4 Personal information of Kids Club members' guardians and Kids Club members

1. Our company will use the information registered by Kids Club member's guardian at the time of enrollment, such as name, address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address, and purchase history (hereinafter referred to as "member information"), for the purposes set out in Article 5. If there are any changes to the registered information, the member must change the registered information on the members page or by contacting the support desk. Our company will not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to make changes to the registered information.

Article 5 Purpose of Use of Member Information

We will use member information for the following purposes:
(1) To manage events, Services, etc. planned by our company
(2) To provide information, requests, and offers regarding products, surveys, and campaigns of the target facility via telephone and mail such as postcards.
(3) To send e-mail newsletters and direct mail (only with your consent)
(4) To use the information as statistical information that does not identify individuals as a reference for future business operations.

Article 6 Provision of Member Information to Third Parties

We will not provide member information to third parties except in the following cases:
(1) When outsourcing operations to a contractor selected by our company for the purposes of use described in Article 5
(2) When providing the information to stores opening in the Target Facility and to affiliates of the Target Facility for the purposes of use described in Article 5 (The information will be provided after taking measures to protect member information and making it impossible to identify individuals.)
(3) Other cases as specified by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations:
[1] When required by law
[2] When the information is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.
(3) When the information is particularly necessary for public health or to promote the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.
[4] When cooperation is required for a national government agency or local government entity to carry out legal duties, and obtaining the individual's consent would impede the performance of those duties.

Article 7 Changes to Membership Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without the consent of Kids Club member or the parent/guardian of Kids Club member. When changing these terms and conditions, we will post the changes on the applicable facility's website. If you do not request to cancel your membership after we have posted the changes, or if you use Services for Kids Club members, such as using the stamp card or enjoying exclusive Kids Club benefits, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

Article 8 Termination of Membership

1. If a Kids Club member or a parent/guardian of Kids Club member falls under any of the following items, their membership will be terminated and all accumulated stamps will be forfeited.
(1) When a member violates these terms and conditions and the Company determines that the member is not suitable to be a Kids Club member.
(2) When Kids Club member's guardian cancels the applicable card. When Kids Club member's guardian loses or loses membership.
(3) When false information is provided when signing up.
(4) The first April 1 after Kids Club member turns 12 years old.

Article 9 Withdrawal

When cancelling Kids Club membership, the parent/guardian of Kids Club member must notify the parent/guardian via the designated procedure on the member's page. Any stamps collected up until the time of cancellation will be lost.

Article 10 Contact Information

Contact or questions regarding these terms and conditions, member benefits and member information should be directed to the Kids Club facility.

Article 11 Communication charges, etc.

(1) The App User must procure the device and equipment necessary to use the App, and the App User must pay any communication fees necessary for web browsing and push notifications.
(2) Push notifications may be sent in conjunction with the device's location information. If you do not want to allow push notifications or location information to be used, you can change this in the settings screen.
