  日頃より三井ショッピングパーク メンバーズページをご利用いただきありがとうございます。
  この度、より安全にサービスをご利用いただくためのセキュリティ対策として、
  通常と異なる端末・環境からのログインを検知した場合には、本人確認として2段階認証（ワンタイムパスワード）を実施する仕組みを導入いたします。

  ◆ご利用方法
  1.    ログイン画面にID・パスワードを入力後、通常と異なる端末・環境からのログインを検知した際に、ワンタイムパスワード入力画面が表示される場合があります。
  2.    メンバーズページにご登録済みのメールアドレスにワンタイムパスワードが自動で発行・送信されます。
  3.    受信したワンタイムパスワードを入力してログイン完了となります。
  ※ワンタイムパスワードはお客様ご自身での設定は必要ございません。

  ◆注意事項
  ・ワンタイムパスワードの有効期限は5分間です。メール受信後速やかにご入力いただきますようお願いいたします。

  Our company aims to operate safe, secure and attractive commercial facilities and provide our customers with comfortable spaces and Services.
  In order to achieve this, we believe it is essential to protect the mental and physical health of employees working in our commercial facilities and ensure a working environment where they can work with peace of mind.
  We will continue to respond sincerely to customer opinions and requests, but will not take any action against any behavior that we deem to be customer harassment.
  As an organization, we will take a firm stance in dealing with this matter, including consulting with the police and lawyers.
  　
  ■ Definition of customer harassment
  Based on the "Customer Harassment Countermeasures Corporate Manual" by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, our company defines customer harassment as "any request or behavior from a customer that:
  "Demands that are unreasonable or involve behavior that is socially inappropriate (such as abusive language, violence, or threats) and that harm the working environment of employees."
  The main examples of customer harassment are as follows, but are not limited to these:
  ・Violence, abusive language, and other harassing behavior
  ・Excessive or unreasonable requests, or requests unrelated to the product or Services
  - Demands or attacks on individual employees
  ・Time and location restrictions that exceed reasonable limits
  ・Defamation on social media or the internet
  - Any other requests or behavior that are deemed inappropriate according to social standards.

  Regarding parking for vehicles over 2.3m long due to the closure of B Parking Lot for renovation

  Factory Outlets Block B and Parking Lot B will be temporarily closed for renovations from Monday, January 13, 2025 (national holiday).
  From Tuesday, January 14, 2025, tourist Bus and vehicles over 2.3m in height will not be allowed to park on the premises.
