・Vaccination certificate for combination vaccines (three or more types)
We will check the owner's ID, such as a driver's license.

[When we cannot accept your luggage]
・If conditions ① to ③ have not been confirmed
- Aggressive dogs, dogs that bite, dogs that bark loudly, dogs that won't stop crying, etc.
- Dogs in heat, pregnant, or recovering from an illness
- Dogs with diarrhea or vomiting, dogs suspected of having an infectious disease, or dogs that have not been protected against fleas or ticks
・We may refuse to take in your dog depending on its condition and health.
