We grill the "Hiraboku Sangen Pork" directly from the "safe and secure" Hirata Farm, which is raised on rice. The pork bowl, made with the secret sauce from "Sake no Ana Torishin," a famous charcoal grilled yakitori restaurant in Sendai that was founded in 1985, is exquisite.
