Guests with pets

Pet Route

The only area where pets are allowed is from the southeast entrance on the 1st floor to "PETS-FIRST PETS-FIRST Animal Hospital".
*If you are bringing a pet to the above area, please use a pet stroller or carrier bag that allows the pet's head to be fully inside.
*Please note that pets are not allowed in areas other than those listed above.
* Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs are permitted inside the facility.
Customers traveling with pets by car should use the East Multi-story Parking Garage. Other parking lots are not available.
Please use the elevator on the southeast entrance side to enter the building.
