■ Application Guidelines
Minimum number of participants: 30 people
Number of applicants: 45
Tour guide: We will not be accompanying you.
Meal conditions: No lunch provided.
Planned bus company: Fuji Kanko Co., Ltd.
*The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
*A tour guide will not accompany you, but local staff will handle registration and provide assistance.
*The bus company used may be changed to an equivalent bus company without prior notice.

■Regarding cancellation fees
If you cancel your trip after the travel contract has been concluded, a prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
Up to 8 days prior: Free
・7 days to 2 days prior: 30%
• Previous day: 40%
- On the day (before departure): 50%
- After departure or no-show without prior notice: 100%
Example: If the implementation date is April 30th,
Cancellations are free from the time of application until April 22nd.
30% off from April 23rd to April 28th
40% on April 29th
50% discount for departures before April 30th.
100% charge for departures after April 30th and for no-shows.
