tamariba ~Two days where tradition and art come together in Mie~
Two special days to discover the "craftsmanship" and "art" of Mie Prefecture.
"Tamariba," an event that values the charm of the local area and the connections between people, will be coming to MITSUI OUTLET PARK JAZZ DREAM NAGASHIMA.
The venue will feature approximately 10 shops, showcasing traditional crafts that Mie Prefecture is proud of, as well as unique art and works by various creators.
You can experience firsthand the craftsmanship of Mie Prefecture, including "Banko ware," which carries on tradition while also being in line with modern lifestyles, and "Kuwana cutlery," which showcases the skills of artisans.
Furthermore, the event will feature stalls from unique creators, showcasing art pieces and miscellaneous goods born from their own distinctive sensibilities and worldviews.
One of the charms of "tamariba" is that you can interact directly with the creators, hear about the thoughts and stories behind their works, and find your favorite item.
