We use local brand chickens "Kawamata Shamo," "Date Chicken," and "Aizu Jidori" in our soup stock, and we are proud to use ingredients from Fukushima Prefecture, such as fragrant Yukichikara wheat noodles from Lake Inawashiro, and fresh Matsukawaura seaweed from Minamisoma.
