A self-service udon noodle shop where you can enjoy homemade noodles made with original wheat flour
We offer authentic "freshly made and boiled" udon noodles at the same low price for one, two or three servings of all products. We use "exquisite kaeshi" made from only natural ingredients, which allows you to experience the original flavor of the udon, and we prepare the clear dashi soup stock by hand every day in our stores, which has no impurities and becomes tastier the more you drink it. We also take the time to provide "freshly chopped green onions" every day, taking care not to spoil the flavor of the dashi soup stock.
