The ramen we serve is a bowl that was perfected by Takahiro Matsumura, founder of Jinrui Mina Menrui, after repeated improvements as a "ramen that can be taken into space." It is made with a particular focus on "water," using only water and a special soy sauce sauce, making it the most earth-friendly ramen.
The soup is so rich it's hard to believe it's made only from water and soy sauce, and is generously topped with rare roast pork and chicken char siu, as well as garnished with shredded spring onions and sprouts.
