BRISKSTAND, a Kobe-based restaurant that won the nihonichi Burger Championship 2025 and is listed among Tabelog's Top 100 Restaurants, opened on August 7th (Friday) in the Food Marche on the first floor.

This is a hamburger specialty shop using 100% domestic beef, with the motto "Dive into Japanese food!"

Our menu features signature dishes like "sliced vegetables" and other items that allow you to fully enjoy the delicious flavors of the ingredients, so please look forward to it!
