Wappa Chaya is a new establishment run by the Kawana Group, which operates the popular Kawana Inn in Kimitsu, known for its cuisine, and the Kawana Farm, a private farm. All of the seafood bento rice dishes are original, made by the head chef, who won the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award in the Japanese and Local Cuisine category, and are made with the freshest local ingredients and reliable techniques. We offer the deliciousness of the Boso seasons while ensuring food safety.

Brand Concept	The deciding factor is food safety and local production for local consumption.
