The seafood delivered directly from the parent company, Toyosu Fisheries Wholesaler, which was founded in 1871, is cooked in a unique blend of seafood, chicken bones, and aromatic vegetables to create a delicious homemade monja soup. All monja is cooked on a hot plate by staff in front of the customers, so even first-time customers can enjoy freshly made food with peace of mind.
