- What is MITSUI OUTLET PARK?
- We are an outlet mall with locations across the country. We aim to create an environment where customers can enjoy high-quality, fresh shopping, making it easier and more enjoyable to shop. In addition to shopping, we also aim to create an environment where customers can enjoy events, live music, and other activities outside of shopping, making the outlet shopping LIFE more accessible to customers.
The first full-scale Lee OUTLET mall in Japan, where retailers sell inventory purchased from manufacturers, was Tsurumi Hanaport Blossom (MITSUI OUTLET PARK OSAKA TSURUMI), which Mitsui Fudosan opened in Tsurumi Ward, Osaka in March 1995. This was the start of a new style that combined shopping and amusement. - Can I pay by credit card?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.
Please note that some Shops may not be available. - Can I use electronic money?
- You can use Rakuten Pay, d払い, PayPay, auPAY, Merpay, QUO Card Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
Please note that this service may not be available at all Shops.
*Availability of transportation IC cards, iD, Rakuten Edy, etc. varies by facility. - Can I use gift cards?
- You can use gift certificates issued by credit card companies, JCB, VISA, UC, DC, NICOS, Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS gift cards, etc.
Please note that some Shops may not be available.
*"National department store gift certificates" cannot be used. - What is a "MITSUI OUTLET PARK Card"?
- New applications for MITSUI OUTLET PARK Card were discontinued on February 23, 2014 (Friday).
The "MITSUI OUTLET PARK Card" is a credit card that allows you to earn preferential points by using the card at any MITSUI OUTLET PARK operated by Mitsui Fudosan, and also take advantage of various benefits offered at each facility.

- You can enter the facility as long as you follow the rules.
For more details, please check "Facility Services > Guests with Pets" on each facility's website before visiting.
*Please note that SAPPORO KITAHIROSHIMA does not allow pets other than guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs inside the building.
*In Osaka Kadoma, we regret that we cannot allow pets other than guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs into our premises, except at PETS-FIRST PETS-FIRST Animal Hospital.
*At HOKURIKU OYABE and MARINE PIA KOBE, we regretfully ask that you refrain from bringing in any pets other than guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs, and pets in pet carts or carrier bags that do not allow their faces to be visible.
