[Hakata Motsunabe Hoshi Matsuri]
Authentic motsunabe (offal hot pot) made with carefully selected domestic beef offal.
We carefully select our ingredients and, after much trial and error, we offer two types of soup: a mellow and rich miso flavor and a deep and elegant soy sauce flavor.
